Return Policy

At WebChic Socials, we strive to satisfy our customers with high-quality digital templates. Since we only sell digital products, specific rules apply regarding returns.

 

1. Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Since digital products are delivered and downloaded immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code does not apply.
1.2 By placing an order and agreeing to the general terms and conditions, the customer agrees that delivery will take place immediately and waives the right to withdraw from the agreement.

 

2. Exceptions to Returns

2.1 Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged, because the nature of the product does not allow this.
2.2 An exception is made if the download link or the product is demonstrably defective. In that case, a replacement product will be offered.

 

3. Defective or Incorrect Delivery

3.1 If the customer has received a defective or incorrect product, this must be reported within 3 days of purchase by sending a e-mail to info@webchic.nl
3.2 The customer must provide a clear description of the problem in his report, preferably supported by screenshots or other evidence.

 

4. Refunds

4.1 WebChic Socials does not refund the purchase amount under any circumstances.

 

5. Customer Responsibility

5.1 It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information when ordering. Errors made by the customer themselves, such as entering an incorrect email address, are not covered by the return policy.
